We bought 2 pigs from the Hutterite Colony in October 2012 and had them butchered at this facility. A few weeks after getting the meat home, we realized that there was a problem with the processing. Whoever cut the meat did a terrible job: steaks were cut lopsided starting anywhere from 1/2 inch to one inch on one side and finishing anywhere from 1.5 inch to sometime almost three inches on the other side, Country style ribs were anywhere from 3 to 4 inch wide. Today I took out four packs of Pork Hocks from the freezer and discovered two of the packs are smoked. I hate smoked and never requested anything smoked.
